Notice of Public Hearing - Regulation of Police Initiated Towing Location: All Council Districts The Director of the Department of Permits and Development Management will hold a public hearing in Towson, Maryland on proposed regulations that apply to persons applying for and maintaining a Baltimore County Police-Initiated Towing License. Written comments referencing the proposed regulations shall be mailed or delivered to Room 105, County Office Building, 111 West Chesapeake Avenue, Towson, Maryland 21204 by Thursday, November 12, 2009.
