The Department of Public Works has planned a major water line rehabilitation in the Ruxton area this spring, between Belona, Malvern, Charles and Joppa roads. Old pipes serving about 600 homes will be cleaned and lined to improve pressure for the community. The contractor's mobilization began in April, and the project will take from a year to eighteen months to complete.

Sudbrook Lane, in historic Sudbrook Park, is seeing restoration. Work began in late April to restore the road, and streets feeding into it, to the original Olmsted designs.
