Home Buyers Workshop Schedule
Home buyers education workshops are held every month at various locations throughout Baltimore County. Sponsored by six nonprofit organizations, these workshops are designed to produce successful, default resistant homebuyers and to educate potential homebuyers on the process of buying a home. Workshop graduates learn not only how to buy a house, but just as important, they also learn how to protect their investment through proper budgeting and maintenance of their home. Workshop topics include how to qualify for a home loan, determining affordability, how to choose a mortgage, understanding the home buying process, understanding a credit report, how to correct credit issues, and pre and post purchase financial management. Please call in advance to register to attend a workshop because space is limited.
