  • Housing Accessibility Modification Program (HAMP)
    The Baltimore County Commission on Disabilities through the Baltimore County Office of Community Conservation has financial assistance available to modify rental units for people with disabilities. This funding is part of the federal government's Community Development Block Grant. Download application for the Housing Accessibility Modification program.
