Grants up to $10,000 for physical improvement projects are available to incorporated community associations and non-profit organizations. Projects must benefit the community as a whole. Projects must also fall within the county's community conservation areas, as delineated in the county's 2010 Master Plan. Applicants must provide a 25 percent match consisting of cash, donations and/or volunteer labor.
