The Honorable Lawrence Daniels was born in New Haven, Connecticut, August 27, 1947. He graduated from Johns Hopkins University, B.A., in 1969 and the University of Connecticut School of Law, J.D., in 1972. He served in U.S. Army, 1973-77, and the U.S. Army Reserves, 1977. He was admitted to Maryland Bar, 1978.
