Holiday Closing: The Self Help Office will close at 2 p.m. on Thursday, December 22, 2011 and remain closed through Monday, January 2, 2012. The Office will reopen on Tuesday, January 3, 2012.

Mondays 9 a.m. - noon and 1 - 4:30 p.m.
Tuesdays 9 a.m. - noon and 1 - 6 p.m.
Wednesdays 9 a.m. - noon and 1 - 4:30 p.m.
Thursdays 9 a.m. - noon and 1 - 6 p.m.
Fridays 9 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
A full-time Paralegal staffs the Self Help Office. The Office assists parties in filling-out forms in domestic cases. The office does not provide legal advice to parties.
The Office provides assistance on a first-come, first-serve basis to those parties who are representing themselves. The Office does not provide assistance over the telephone. There are no charges for the assistance, however, there are charges to file and serve your petition. You are responsible for filing and serving any petitions. If you would like to receive assistance, visit the Self Help Office during the above times. An appointment is not necessary.
Family law forms may be obtained at the Law Library, the Clerk’s Office or on the Maryland Judiciary's web site.
