Pro Se Office

New Schedule of Hours (Effective July 7, 2008)

Mondays 9 am - 2 pm
Tuesdays 2 - 7 pm
Wednesdays 9 am - 2 pm
Thursdays 2 - 7 pm
Fridays 9 am - 2 pm

The Pro Se Office is closed during the following weeks:

(1) The week after Easter;
(2)  July 4th week;
(3)  Thanksgiving week; and
(4)  The week between Christmas and New Years.

The Pro Se Family Law Program is staffed by experienced Family Law attorneys.  The Pro Se attorneys assist parties in filling-out Family Law forms in Family Division cases.  The attorneys provide assistance on a first-come, first-serve basis to those parties who are representing themselves.

There are no charges for the assistance provided by the Pro Se attorneys, however, there are charges to file and serve your petition. You are responsible for filing and serving any petitions. The office does not provide legal advice to parties nor do they represent parties.  They do not provide assistance over the telephone.  No appointments are necessary. If you would like to receive assistance, visit the Pro Se Office during the above times (it is advisable to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to closing).
