In order to have a meaningful Domestic Settlement Conference, the Circuit Court requires the filing of a Settlement Conference Statement Form. Information on the form will only be used to assist the Settlement Judge in settlement discussions and the Court for scheduling purposes. The form will not be given to the opposing side and will not be placed in the Court file.
The form must be submitted to the Settlement office two (2) weeks prior to the date of the initial Settlement Conference. You can mail the form to the following address:
