Register as a vendor with Baltimore County or update your current vendor information. This is required of all vendors who wish to work with Baltimore County. This application will open in a new browser window. Prior to being awarded a contract or a purchase order, vendors must ensure that their W-9 form is on file with Baltimore County (PDF). W-9 forms should be mailed to the Baltimore County Purchasing Division, 400 Washington Avenue, Room 148, Towson, MD 21204.
