Vendors currently under contract with the County register with this system to manage their company profile. In this regard, if you would like to receive weekly notifications concerning new solicitations from the Purchasing Division, please select e-mail notification and updates will be sent to you accordingly.
Create/Manage Your Vendor Self-Service (VSS) Account
Register as a vendor with Baltimore County or update your current vendor information. This is required of all vendors who wish to work with Baltimore County. This application will open in a new browser window.
Vendor Self Service for this site is available only for those vendors doing business with the Office of Budget and Finance Procurement Section. If you are a vendor doing business with Baltimore County Public Schools, Baltimore County Public Library or the Community College of Baltimore County or, if you wish to obtain procurement information from any of these agencies, you may link to the respective procurement offices by using the following addresses:
Prior to being awarded a contract or a purchase order, vendors must ensure that their W-9 form is on file with Baltimore County (PDF). W-9 forms should be mailed to the Baltimore County Purchasing Division, 400 Washington Avenue, Room 148, Towson, MD 21204.
