Application Assistance Workshop

Minority Business, Disadvantaged Business, and Airport Concession

Disadvantaged Business Enterprises

Opportunities exist for small minority and women-owned businesses to meet minority participation goals on government and private sector contracts.

Find out if certification as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) or Small Business Enterprise (SBE) is right for your business.

Learn the benefits of certification, the application process and eligibility standards as well as business development and marketing tips from MDOT’s Office of Minority Business Enterprise – the State’s Official Certification Agency. You will also have the opportunity to meet with a certification expert one-on-one and ask questions that relate specifically to your business.

This free workshop is held the first Tuesday of every month at MDOT Headquarters. Space is limited and most sessions fill to capacity. To learn more and to register online, visit the Minority and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise website.
