Baltimore County requires the successful bidder to be in "Good Standing" (also known as Certificate of Status) with the State of Maryland. Any business conducting Interstate or Intrastate business within Maryland must be registered with the Maryland Department of Assessments and Taxation (SDAT) in accordance with the Annotated Code of Maryland, Corporation and Associations.
