Baltimore County False Alarm Legislation
Authority for the Baltimore County's False Alarm Reduction Program is found in the Baltimore County Code, 2003, Article 13, Title 11, Subtitle 2. This legislation was enacted in 1998 and amended in 2001. Baltimore County False Alarm Regulations (PDF)
