Installation Certificate
An alarm company shall complete and provide their customer (the alarm system user) with an Installation Certificate when an alarm system is installed. The alarm system user must keep a copy of the Installation Certificate and the Alarm System Registration form at the alarm site. The Installation Certificate and the Alarm System Registration form must be available for inspection upon reasonable request by any Baltimore County Police Officer.
