2014 Open Enrollment Meetings

2014 Open Enrollment: October 15 through November 15

This year’s meetings will give employees and retirees the opportunity to meet individually with plan representatives.

Important Changes

  • Baltimore County's Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is now administered by Cigna. Access it at and use the Employer ID Baltimore.
  • Baltimore County's Flexible Spending Account (FSA) program is now administered by the Total Administrative Services Corporation (TASC). Access your account at


  • If you do not need to make any changes to your benefits, your current plans and dependents on your plans will be continued for the 2013 plan year.
  • Flexible Spending Accounts require re-enrollment every year.

Oregon Ridge

Directions to Meeting Sites

Oregon Ridge: I-695 to I-83 North. Take 2nd Shawan Road exit. Follow Shawan Road to 1st traffic light. Turn left onto Beaver Dam Road. Follow approximately 1 mile to gate on right side for Oregon Ridge park/lodge. Park in front lot.

Public Safety Building: I-695 to Providence Road exit (toward Towson). After 2nd light at Goucher Boulevard, look for Public Safety parking lot on left—turn left into lot, visitor parking on right of lot.

CCBC Dundalk Campus: Take Exit 39 (Merritt Boulevard), proceed about 2 1/2 miles. At the 8th traffic light (intersection of Merritt Boulevard - Peninsula Expressway and Merritt Avenue) turn right. If you cross RR tracks you've gone too far. At the first traffic light, Merritt Avenue becomes Sollers Point Road. Go Straight. The college is at the top of the crest on the right. (Athletic and Wellness Center- Building H)
