You must enroll in Medicare Parts A and B when eligible-both plans provide payment for medical Services after Medicare has made payment.  You do not need to enroll in Medicare Part D.

CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield Medicare Supplemental Plan

While Medicare makes no payment at all for most prescriptions, the Medicare Supplemental plan does include a prescription card benefit - enrollees receive a separate (Express Scripts) prescription card.

There are no dental or vision benefits available with this plan.

Kaiser Medicare Plus HMO

Offered to Maryland residents only.  In addition to medical and prescription benefits, plan provides some dental and vision coverage.
