Report Fraud, Waste and Abuse in
Baltimore County Government

This form allows you to submit allegations of Fraud, Waste and Abuse in Baltimore County Government to the Baltimore County Auditor's Office. All submittals are encrypted and password protected for security. We treat all allegations in a confidential manner and we'll do our very best to safeguard your identity. However, if you do not wish to disclose your identity, you may remain anonymous by leaving blank those fields requesting personal information. You should be aware that remaining anonymous may preclude a thorough investigation of your allegation due to insufficient information.

The County's whistle blower provisions of law protects employees against reprisal for the lawful disclosure of information which the employee reasonably believes evidences:

  • a violation of law which prohibits bribery, theft or embezzlement;
  • an unauthorized use of county funds; or,
  • a substantial and specific danger to public health or safety.
