Senior Resources is an annual publication of services, products, and resources that offer sponsorship opportunities to support Baltimore County Department of Aging's Annual Volunteer Recognition Luncheon. The sponsors of Senior Resources may be easily recognized by the yellow-highlighted listings in the directory. These highlighted listings indicate a high profile status. For a minimum sponsorship cost of $250, you may feature your business in the Senior Resources directory and take advantage of the wide distribution where the directory is available free of charge. Senior Resources is also promoted annually on BCDA's Concast television program entitled Senior Solutions and in the Senior Digest, BCDA's newspaper. Publicize your business in Senior Resources and simultaneously market your business and honor those volunteers who support Baltimore County.
Senior Resources 2007 & Table Sponsorship: $250
Your business name, telephone number and website will be guaranteed a one-time listing and highlighting in yellow in the Baltimore County Senior Resources 2008. Senior Digest will feature your business sponsorship in an article. Your name will be listed in our Volunteer Program Book and on a card placed on each table at the volunteer luncheon.
Guest Sponsorship: $500
Same advertising opportunities as above, plus you will be given a table to display and distribute literature, and two guests will be invited to attend the luncheon.Your business name will be guaranteed up to two to five multiple yellow highlighted listings in the Baltimore County Senior Resources 2008.
Business Sponsorship: $1,000
Same advertising opportunities as above. Your business name will be guaranteed six to 10 multiple yellow highlighted listings in the Baltimore County Senior Resources 2008.
Premier Book Sponsorship: $2,000
Same advertising opportunities as above, plus your company will be acknowledged on a full page premier ad in the Volunteer Program Book, with 11-20 multiple yellow highlighted listings in the Baltimore County Senior Resources 2008 and we will display your company banner at the event.
Overall Sponsorship: $3,000
Same advertising opportunities as above, with unlimited multiple yellow highlighted listings in the Baltimore County Senior Resources 2008, plus your name or logo will be included on all invitations to the Volunteer Recognition event.
Increase your visibility at the Senior Expo/Baby Boomer Expo by becoming an Expo Sonsor. Donors of $5,000 or more will receive a free corner booth in a location of your choice (subject to availability) and your logo on www.seniorexpoonline.com.
1. Gift Sponsors-The gift Sponsor will have its company logo and phone number on 7000 gifts to be distributed at the entrance to the Expo. The Sponsor's name or logo will be included in promotions, including over 30,000 fliers, which will be distributed at senior centers, libraries, businesses, and other locations. The gift sponsor will also be mentioned in press releases, feature articles and advertisemments. The sponsor will receive two free booths, subject to availability, and will be recognized with signage at the event. The cost for this sposorship is $10,000. There will be a limited number of sponsors selected.
2. Flu Shots - We offer flu and pneumonia shots at Senior Expo/Baby Boomer Expo. These shots are free to those covered by Medicare B and available for a small charge to others. You will have the opportunity to collect those fees, as well as give the shots and collect fees at the 19 Baltimore County senior centers. In addition, your sponsorship will be recognized in publicity relating to the flu shots. You will also have the opportunity to hang your banner in the room where the flu shots are given. This sponsorship is available for $6000.
3. Expo Building Sponsor- As the sponsor, you will be allowed to place (4) banners throughout the building you sponsor. You will be recognized with your logo on a minimum of 30,000 fiers and in publicity listing all of the Expo sponsors, and you will receive a free corner or prime booth (subject to availability). This sponsorship is available for a $5000 commitment
4. Expo Entertainment Stage - The Entertainment Stage is a focal point for this event and features continuous entertainment by local performers, most of whom are professionals. Your sponsorship will be noted with your name on 5,000 fliers and on othe publicity relating to the entertainment. Your banner (provided by you) will be prominently displayed at the stage, and you will receive a free corner booth (subject to availability). This sposorship is available at a cost of $5000. Sposorship of individual performances is also available.
5. Expo Food Tent - Food service at Expo takes place in a tent adjacent to the Exhibition Hall. The sponsor of the Food Tent, will be able to have its company's banner (provided by the sponsor) over the entrance to the Food Tent, as well as on the outside of the tent, facing the parking lot. The sponsor's name will be mentioned in publicity related to food service, and two talbes with the sponsor's literature can be placed in the Food Tent. This sponsorship is available for $3500.
6. Expo Senior Center Area - An area in the 4-H Building showcases a variety of activities taking place at senior centers. The sponsor will be able to hang its banner (provided by the sponsor) in the area. The sponsor will also be recognized in publicity and with signage at the event. This sponsorship is available for $3000.
7. Expo 4-H Building Areas- Three large areas are available in the 4-H Building. This is an ideal place for demonstrations or health screenings. Each area is approximately 78' x 22' and will be divided by curtains. Up to eight (8) six-foot tables and sixteen (16) chairs will be provided. Flu/pneumonia shots may not be given,unless the provider is also the flu shot sponsor.
The cost for each sector is $3000. More than one sector may be purchased. Sponsors of the areas will also be recognized with signage in both buildings and in publicity when all sponsors are mentioned.
8. Senior Expo/Baby Boomer Breakfast - The Department of Aging has a free, continental breakfast on the morning of the event. This breakfast is geared to profgessionals, business owners, students, and others interested in the field of aging, and it is anticipated that several hundred people will attend. The sponsor's name will be on fliers promoting the breakfast, as well as in othe publicity about this event. In addition, the sponsor's banner (provided by the you) will be hung in the breakfast area, and the sponsor will be recognized with signage at Expo. This sponsorship is available for $3000.
9. Expo Cashier’s Booth - Your banner (provided by you) will be hung at the Cashier's Booth at the main entrance to the Exhibition Hall, and you wil be recognized as a sponsor with signage at the event. In addition, you will be recognized in any publicity where all sponsors are mentioned. The cost of this sponsorship is $3000.
10. Senior Expo Shuttle Service - Shuttle service is provided throughout the Fairgrounds parking lot and to and from the Timonium light rail station. We are looking for a sponsor or sponsors to provide this shuttle service. This is a wonderful opportunity for your company to display its vehicles and get your name before the public. You may put out literature about your company on the vehicle. You will be recognized with signage at the event, and in publicity listing all sponsors.

This yearly conference is held at the Sheppard Pratt Conference Center and attracts 200 people, mainly professionals in the field of aging. A limited number of display opportunities are available for $200. Sponsorship of the overall Conference is available for $3000.
Display tables are available for $150 and sponsorship of specific workshops is available for $500. The cost to sponsor the entire conference is $5000.
