Pack Your Bag: Free Medication Consultation Event

According the the American Public Health Association, approximately 60 percent of older adults are misusing their medications.  In order to understand the magnitude of the problem, one must consider that while older adults make up 12 percent of our population, they are taking 34 percent of prescribed medications and 305 of non-prescribed medications. 

When taking multiple prescription drugs there can be many questions about when and how to use these medications. Can you take them with over-the-counter medications? What are the side affects?

Come listen to a CVS Pharmacist and learn how to reduce risks associated with inappropriate medication use. Then, take the opportunity to schedule a one-on-one brown bag review of your prescriptions and over-the-counter medications to avoid any serious threats to your overal health and quality of life.
