Special Features

The fitness center is equipped with treadmills, recumbent bikes and steppers, strength training circuits, flexibility and stretching stations, free weights and more! For the low annual membership (PDF) of only $100, individuals are able to work out in the comfort and convenience of our fitness center five days a week. In addition, personal training services (PDF) by certified personal trainers are available for a fee.

Trips

The center council sponsors one-day trips, extended travel opportunities throughout the United States and cruises to foreign lands. These excursions provide companionship and enjoyment for the members.

Volunteer Opportunities

With over 1,500 members the Catonsville Senior Center is a very busy place! We could not provide all the wonderful programs, events and services without many dedicated and skilled volunteers. Leadership, clerical, teaching, fund-raising, party planning, class registration - these are some of the our volunteers enrich their lives, maintain their skills and make a contribution to the center and the community.

Newsletter

A monthly newsletter announcing special events, programs, speakers and classes is published for the membership. Stop by the center and pick one up or read the current issue (PDF) online. Each semester a directory of classes is published. Choose your classes and register for the upcoming semester.
